Most probably have not since they were taught the old school way of in-person TRBs, most likely in-lieu of or right after the AOF Staff Meeting. Tim Bills has not just thought about it, but took the initiative to make a change to increase his flight's efficiency. He provides the following video explaining how he views TRBs and how he implemented a "Virtual TRB," much before COVID-19 affected how flights operate.
