Common questions new 13Ms wrestle with regarding staff meetings are, "Should I have a staff meeting? If I hold a staff meeting, what topics should we discuss? Who should attend the meeting?"

These are all great questions to ask as you begin your 13M career. Additionally, I would recommend that you should continue to ask those questions at every location you are assigned since each location is different. There is rarely only one solution that fits all the AO locations.
